First Phase was built on a simple belief: technique over everything.
What began as individual technical development evolved through years working with professional footballers before progressing into full time coaching across Denmark and the Women's Super League. While the level changed, the belief never did.
Working inside professional environments also highlighted two clear needs. Players needed more individual support away from the training ground, while years of coaching inspired better ways to analyse, design, organise and deliver football work.
Today, First Phase brings those experiences together through individual coaching and professional tools for coaches — from player development and game analysis to planning, coding and presentation.
