These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of First Phase Studio and the services available through firstphasefootball.com.

1. About First Phase Studio

First Phase Football is an Australian business providing football coaching services and digital products, including First Phase Studio.

First Phase Studio provides tools for football coaches including session design, match preparation, tactical presentations, player meetings, project storage and related coaching workflows.

2. Subscription

First Phase Studio is offered as a recurring subscription.

The current Individual subscription price is A$24.99 per month unless another price is clearly displayed before purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally refund charges already completed, except where required by law or permitted under our Refund Policy.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all First Phase Studio subscription orders. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, invoices, payment-related customer service and refunds.

Payment details are processed by Paddle and are not stored by First Phase Football.

4. Account Access

A valid First Phase Studio account is required to use the software.

Access is linked to the email address associated with your account and active entitlement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must not share, resell, sublicense or provide your personal Studio account to unauthorised third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use First Phase Studio for legitimate football coaching, analysis, planning, presentation and related professional or personal activities.

You must not use the service to:

• breach applicable law;

• interfere with the operation or security of the service;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or data;

• copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the software except where permitted by law;

• use the service for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.

6. Your Content

You retain responsibility for the coaching content, projects, media and other material you create or upload to First Phase Studio.

You must have the right to use any content you upload.

First Phase Football does not claim ownership of your original coaching content merely because it is stored or processed through Studio.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable professional service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Studio may be updated, improved or modified over time.

We may temporarily suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or technical reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

First Phase Studio, its software, interface, branding, design and underlying systems are owned by or licensed to First Phase Football.

These Terms give you a limited right to use the service while you have valid access. They do not transfer ownership of the Studio software or brand.

9. Termination

You may stop using Studio and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is material misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, serious breach of these Terms or a payment entitlement is no longer active.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund framework, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and statutory rights.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Phase Football is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Studio.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is handled by Paddle under Paddle's own privacy and payment framework.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this website with its effective date.
