REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for First Phase Studio.

1. Subscriptions

First Phase Studio is offered as a recurring monthly subscription.

The current Individual subscription price is A$24.99 per month unless another price is clearly displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your First Phase Studio subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the end of your current paid billing period.

You will normally retain access to First Phase Studio until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

Payments already completed are generally non-refundable where the service has been made available for the purchased subscription period.

However, refund requests may be considered where:

• you have been charged incorrectly;

• a duplicate payment has occurred;

• a significant technical issue has prevented reasonable use of the service;

• a refund is required under applicable consumer law; or

• other circumstances reasonably justify a refund.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

4. How to Request a Refund

First Phase Studio transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Please include the email address used for your Studio subscription and enough information for us to identify the relevant purchase.

Payment-related requests may be processed through Paddle where appropriate.

5. Processing Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.

The time taken for funds to appear may depend on the payment method, financial institution and Paddle's payment processing arrangements.

6. Subscription Access Following a Refund

Where a subscription payment is fully refunded, access to First Phase Studio associated with that payment may be withdrawn.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy operates alongside any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

For Australian consumers, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where those guarantees apply.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The current version will be published on firstphasefootball.com with the date it was last updated.
